We’re inviting all Jeanneau owners to share their favorite photo from the 2026 boating season. Along with your photo, submit 2–3 sentences telling us the story behind the moment. You'll have the chance to be featured on our social media and enter for a chance to win!

OFFICIAL RULES / TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Sponsor

The "Pure Experience: Photo Contest" (the "Contest") is sponsored by Jeanneau America, [insert street address, city, state, ZIP] ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on July 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on August 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Contest Period"). Entries received before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to current Jeanneau boat owners who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Jeanneau America, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members are not eligible to participate. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit, during the Contest Period:

1. One (1) original photo taken during the 2026 boating season featuring the participant's Jeanneau boat and/or on-the-water experience; and
2. A 2–3 sentence description of the story or experience behind the photo.

Entries must be submitted through JotForm.

Limit: One (1) entry per person/household during the Contest Period. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. Entry Requirements

By submitting a photo and description, each entrant represents and warrants that:

• The photo is their own original work, was taken by the entrant or with the permission of the photographer, and does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party;
• The entrant has obtained permission from any identifiable individuals (including minors, via a parent or guardian) appearing in the photo to submit the photo and grant the rights described in these Terms;
• The photo does not contain content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, unsafe (including unsafe boating practices, e.g., failure to wear required life jackets, overcrowding, or reckless operation), or otherwise objectionable, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements or that Sponsor deems inappropriate for any reason.

6. Judging and Winner Selection

Entries will be judged by a panel of Jeanneau America representatives based on the following criteria: creativity, storytelling, image quality, and overall representation of the "Pure Experience" theme. Winners will be selected in each of the following three (3) categories:

Winners will be notified via the email or contact information provided at entry within [insert number, e.g., 10] business days of the Contest end date. Sponsor is not responsible for entries or winner notifications lost, delayed, or misdirected due to incorrect or incomplete contact information.

7. Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable. Vouchers are subject to the terms and expiration policies of the Jeanneau Boutique. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used in accordance with Group Beneteau's Privacy Policy and, if applicable, for the promotional and content-usage purposes described below.

CONTENT USAGE OPT-IN (Required Consent)

By submitting an entry to the Pure Experience: Photo Contest, you give Jeanneau America permission to use your submitted photo, description, name, and associated content — in whole or in part — across Jeanneau America's marketing and promotional channels, including but not limited to social media, website, email marketing, print materials, and advertising, without additional compensation or notice to you, except where prohibited by law.

You retain ownership of your original photo. This permission is granted to Jeanneau America on a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free basis for as long as reasonably needed for promotional use, and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting Lauren Mahoney, though content already published prior to withdrawal may continue to appear where removal is not reasonably practicable.

CONTEST DISCLAIMER

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it may be shared or promoted (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Jeanneau America, not to the platform.

All photos and stories submitted reflect the personal experiences of individual entrants and do not necessarily represent the views of Jeanneau America. Submissions depicting boating activity are not a substitute for, and do not imply endorsement of, any particular boating practice; all boaters are responsible for operating their vessels safely and in accordance with all applicable laws, including the use of required safety equipment.

Jeanneau America reserves the right to feature any submitted entry — winning or not — on its social media channels and other marketing materials in accordance with the Content Usage Opt-In above.

This Contest is void where prohibited by law. Terms are subject to change at Sponsor's discretion; the most current version will be posted on this page.
