Jeanneau is developing in a new direction, entering the hospitality industry with the launch of the Sea Loft 480, an innovative line of villas on the water designed to broaden the experience for high-end hotel and resort customers.
“Hospitality, particularly in seaside destinations, is in full transformation. Establishments are seeking to enrich the customer’s experience while developing new revenue streams, beyond lodging. At Jeanneau, we have identified a natural convergence between our savoir-faire in the marine industry and these new expectations from the hospitality sector, and this is why Jeanneau is launching the Sea Loft line,” explains Antoine Chancelier, Jeanneau Sales Director.
Designed as a tool for the hotel industry, the Sea Loft enables seaside establishments to extend the customer experience onto the water, naturally, offering new uses at sea (for the day, for an evening, for an exclusive overnight experience, etc.), as well as to create new revenue sources, without the operational complexity of yachting, for hotel and resort owners.
“The objective is to offer a tool for the hotel industry, one that is simple to use and creates value, with a much simpler, more accessible maintenance than that of a yacht, for example,” specifies Antoine Chancelier.
At ITB Berlin, from March 3rd through the 5th, 2026, Jeanneau will present the Sea Loft 480, to be displayed at the entrance of the show. The Jeanneau crew will be present to welcome visitors and enable them to discover this new floating hospitality approach, designed to easily integrate with existing hotel operations.
“ITB Berlin is the international show for the travel and hospitality industry. This is the ideal place to present Sea Loft as a solution dedicated to hotels and to initiate concrete projects in big tourist destinations,” underscores Antoine Chancelier.
The Sea Loft has been designed as a versatile floating villa, able to accommodate a wide variety of hospitality experiences, which can be purchased à la carte or in the form of packages.
Sea Loft paves the way for new uses in seaside hospitality and opens up a wide range of experiences, from private moments on the water or wellness at sea to fully privatized days and exclusive events. Seamlessly integrated into the hotel’s universe and standards, this new platform becomes a space in its own right, enhancing the guest experience and creating value.
