While the 2nd international regatta has been rescheduled, the energy of the Jeanneau crew remains high and the SUN FAST CUP adventure continues!
From the start of the Covid-19 crisis, the sports world has been shaken up, with the cancellation or rescheduling of numerous events in France and around the world.
Likewise, today, Jeanneau is obligated to cancel and reschedule the SUN FAST CUP, originally scheduled for June 11th to the 13th, 2020 in Cowes, England.
The SUN FAST CUP was initiated by the Jeanneau crew in 2019 with the goal of establishing an annual regatta that is not to be missed, and to bring an international community of sailors together to share in an enjoyable moment.
This first regatta proved to be a great success, bringing together 33 crews aboard their Sun Fast 3200s and 3600s in La Trinité-sur-Mer, France for two fun and exciting days of racing. The event was also the occasion to present the Sun Fast 3300 on the water to the general public for the first time.
THE SUN FAST CUP, 100% dedicated to Sun Fast sailboats, is a regatta open to crews of 4 who compete in different categories over several technical and coastal race courses.
Today, the future of the SUN FAST CUP is not in question, and Jeanneau reaffirms its desire to continue the adventure! Following its immense success in 2019, our entire crew is committed to growing the event. We invite you to continue to follow the latest news about the SUN FAST CUP on our Facebook page:
