Since January 1st, 2024, Jeanneau has been committed to offering its customers an extended international warranty, with high-quality service.

Following market and consumer trends, Jeanneau is one of the only boatbuilders to offer such warranty conditions.

Even far from their home ports, owners can benefit from this security throughout the world.

To benefit from a full three-year warranty, Jeanneau requires that owners conduct an annual inspection.*  A boat that is regularly inspected and well maintained is the source of calm, peaceful cruises.

Each boat is overseen by marine professionals from our Jeanneau dealer network who handle each point of the warranty and provide preventative maintenance services for the equipment on board.

Jeanneau provides technical skills training and support for all members of our dealer network.

3 YEARS – GENERAL WARRANTY

This exclusive builder’s warranty covers parts, labour, and the majority of components.  Our dealer network is perfectly trained to handle owners’ requests as efficiently as possible.**

10 YEARS – STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

Owing to our marine expertise and unique industrial savoir-faire, Jeanneau covers the structure of our new boats for 10 years.  Repairs of any anomalies in the construction of the hull and deck, as recognized by our technical services, are covered.**

KEY POINTS

1- Boats leaving the Jeanneau shipyard are built according to the highest standards of naval construction.  Confident in our savoir-faire, Jeanneau is proud to offer these warranties for our customers.

2- This warranty is international.  The owner benefits from the services of the Jeanneau dealer network, some 250 dealerships in locations throughout the world, in more than 80 countries.  The warranty can be activated anywhere in the world.

3- 10-year and 3-year warranties are transferrable to successive owners.  Upon resale, a Jeanneau boat will benefit from its warranty if it is still applicable.

4- The total cost of maintenance is reduced with this service.  The value of the boat is higher in the case of resale.

** These warranties cover new boats, counting from the delivery date, and are contingent on annual maintenance of the boat, as well as appropriate hull protection, conducted by a Jeanneau dealer.  They are accorded after a diagnostic review by the dealer and the technical services of the shipyard.  Warranty details are available from our dealers.
