and is dedicated to the products of the JEANNEAU brand. The site is designed:
- to provide information on the current commercial position relative to
products of the JEANNEAU brand;
- to provide information on the current position of the company;
- to present the different products of the JEANNEAU range and their
distributors: sail and power boats.

SPBI S.A. undertakes not to make use contrary

receive documentation relating to products of the JEANNEAU brand.

identity by enclosing with your request a copy of your identity card or some
official means of identity, you will be able to obtain, free of charge,
communication of the data of a personal nature that relates to you as well as (if
necessary), the rectification of data that may be inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous
or outdated, or of which the collection or use, communication or retention is
forbidden.
In the event that data which relates to you changes, you are obliged to notify
SPBI S.A.
in writing at the address shown above.
Article 3 – Cookies
It is possible that we may insert
a "cookie" into your computer. A "cookie" does not allow us to
identify you. It registers information
relative to the navigation of your computer on our site (e.g. language selected
on entering the site). This cookie is
deleted as soon as you exit the site (the duration of the session).

The nominative and
semi-figurative brand of JEANNEAU has been lodged by SPBI S.A. and is its exclusive property.
The brands named by SPBI S.A.
on this site are shown with the authorisation of their owners.
All reproduction, use, imitation, insertion, suppression or modification of
these brands without prior authorisation of one or several of the owner/s constitutes
the offence of infringement, punishable by three years imprisonment and a fine
of 300,000 Euros (Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle,
article L 716-10).

Any making of a hypertext link to this site and any referencing of it are forbidden without the express written authorisation of SPBI S.A.
